An anthology of food systems horror and Weird fiction. Food systems include all infrastructure involved in the growth, production, distribution, marketing, sale, consumption, and disposal of food. For this project, writers are welcome to write about present-day food systems, historical food systems, or food systems for worlds that have never existed.
Things I Want: Gripping prose, unplaceable feelings of strangeness, moral messiness, fiction written for adults, nuance, ambiguity. Queer, anti-capitalist, anti-fascist stories.
