Strange Stories

Strange Stories is accepting tales of horror and suspense! The horror genre is a versatile genre to work in. It includes Psychological Horror Stories, Metaphorical Horror Stories (the Vampire, the Werewolf, the Zombie, etc.), and Fantastic Horror Stories—a catch-all of the Horror Stories that defy categorization, including a number of Lovecraftian tales that exist so that they may terrify us. If you’re here because you love one or all of these modes of terror, you’re in the right place!

The underlying theme of this magazine is that there is no theme. It is a mix between old horror comic books and the horror pulp fiction of years past. We are looking for stories that serve as a sampler of the entire horror genre. It’s a little like Creepshow meets Tales of the Crypt meets The Twilight Zone. Above all, send us stories that are strange!
