Map Literary - Poetry (Go to Fiction)

our main genre of interest is Literary/General and its subgenres; we are not interested in straightforward (i.e., non-literary) works of Action/Adventure, Erotica, Fantasy, Horror, Mystery/Crime, Romance, Science Fiction, Suspense/ Thriller, or Western. We are open to all styles, especially Absurdist, Experimental, Literary, Minimalist, Realist and Surrealist. Our favorite poetry forms are Experimental, Free Verse, Hybrid Form, Invented Form, and Prose Poetry. We are open to all subjects, especially Books/Literature, Ethnic/Cultural, Memoir, Philosophy, Sex, Technology. We prefer Flash Fiction and Short Stories but also consider Novelettes and Novel Excerpts; we consider Interviews, Reviews, Articles, Essays, and Non-fiction Narratives. We hope in the near future to offer token payments for work appearing in our annual print supplement (an annual print edition featuring selected work from our online issues).
