The Renaissance Review is a literary magazine that aims to bridge the gap between humanities and science, weaving together fact and emotion, knowledge and art, the tangible and the fantastical.
Renaissance artists were not only writers, painters, performers, and musicians, but also inventors, philosophers, scientists, and scholars who delved deep into any subject that captivated them. We hope to capture the same spirit in our work and inspire a modern renaissance in this new generation.
We welcome all kinds of writing, especially pieces that draw on a range of different passions. Short stories built on science, poems that bring historical figures to life, essays that view art through different lenses, hybrid pieces that explore social tensions—whether your words are inspired by experience, reflection, or anything in-between, we want to read them.
